Our office is committed to helping you achieve your confident smile. While orthodontic treatment is an excellent investment in the overall dental, medical and psychological well-being of children and adults, we also realize that families and individuals have different financial needs and are in different financial situations. Fees vary with the severity and/or complexity of the problem as well as the type of braces or aligners chosen. We are proud to offer in-office financial arrangements that are almost always flexible enough to permit our patients/parents to undergo orthodontic treatment.
Payment
You will be billed on a monthly basis. Your plan will be based upon your treatment fee and amount of expected insurance coverage. We accept personal checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. No interest or late fees will be charged if payments are made as scheduled.
Third-Party Financing: We participate in the CareCredit Financing and can help you secure financing through this third party.
Flex Plans
We are always willing to work with you on payment plans which maximize your Flex Plan benefits and provide you with the necessary employer documentation.
Insurance
We are pleased to be able to accept assignment of insurance benefits, allowing patients to make payment arrangements with our office on the uninsured portion of the fee. We file the initial as well as subsequent insurance forms on all full cases, thus relieving you of this responsibility. Please remember that orthodontic insurance is a benefit for you or your child usually offered through your employer. If during the course of treatment, your benefits change, the financially responsible party is accountable for all charges. Because insurance policies vary, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts.
